Yoga movement and meditation combine gentle movement, stretching, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques to support physical and mental well-being. Participants improve flexibility, balance, mobility, and focus while reducing stress and promoting relaxation in a calm and supportive environment.

Class: Wednesdays | 10:00 AM

Chair Yoga is perfect for beginners or those looking for a gentle transition into yoga. This class starts with chair-supported poses and gradually works toward floor-based movement. I offer plenty of modifications, so no one feels pressured to be at the same level. A welcoming space for those who are new, recovering, or simply looking for a slower-paced practice.

Your Instructor Quianna's Story:

Quianna

Her fitness journey started at a young age, filled with many highs and lows. Her fitness journey began when she was on a competitive swim team. In her senior year of high school, she retired from her athletic career early after breaking her back. While recovering from her injury, she fell in love with Pilates. Later, she graduated with her degree in Exercise and Sports Science and continued to work in the fitness industry for 10 years until having her son by an emergency C-section. Pilates has allowed Quianna to return to fitness after injuries, pregnancy, and surgeries, rebuilding the strength she feared she had lost.
