At Citizens for Community Improvement (CCI), we believe in using both. When tragedy strikes, we step in to support families in need right here in Friendsville, helping with groceries, clothing, medical supplies, and emotional support during difficult times.
Throughout the year, we host a variety of fundraisers to continue that support, including providing food baskets and gifts for children so families can experience the joy of Christmas morning.
None of this would be possible without the love and support of our community. CCI is made up of caring men, women, and young adults who are committed to showing up for others. As a nonprofit organization, we strive to be a visible reminder that no one in our community has to face hardship alone.
Volunteers: Further, we are a comprehensive caregiving organization that allows volunteers to help their community. We are always in need of volunteers to come to join us. For more information about CCI, call 865-995-2831.
