Quianna Mat Pilates + Restorative Stretch

Sculpt and Flow Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on core muscles while also training your arms and legs. Sculpt and Flow Pilates can be modified for any age, body, or fitness level.

Restorative Stretch is a style of stretching that encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. It is appropriate for all levels and is practiced at a slow pace, and focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing.

Your Instructor : Quianna's fitness journey started at a young age, filled with many highs and lows. Her fitness journey began when she was on a competitive swim team. In her senior year of high school, she retired from her athletic career early after breaking her back. While recovering from her injury, she fell in love with Pilates. Later, she graduated with her degree in Exercise and Sports Science and continued to work in the fitness industry for 10 years until having her son by an emergency C-section. Pilates has allowed Quianna to return to fitness after injuries, pregnancy, and surgeries, rebuilding the strength she feared she had lost.
